Information we collect

When you submit our estimate request form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

• Contact information: First and last name, phone number, email address
• Preferred contact method: Whether you prefer to be reached by phone, text, or email
• Project details: Property address, project town, type of work, project description, approximate budget range, and estimated timeline
• Scheduling preferences: Preferred appointment time
• Scope preference: Whether you want an estimate for a specific project or a complete exterior carpentry assessment
• Photos: Any project photos you optionally choose to attach to the form

We do not track you across other websites and do not sell your data.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your estimate request, schedule an on-site assessment, prepare a written quote, and follow up about your project. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Third-party services we use

Our estimate form is processed by Formspree, a form-processing service that forwards submissions (including any attached photos) to our email inbox. Formspree stores submissions on its servers according to its own privacy policy. By submitting the form, your information passes through Formspree's systems.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general geographic region, device type, and interaction events like form submissions and phone-number taps. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish unique visitors and measure engagement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function normally without them.

Photo attachments

If you attach photos to the estimate form, those photos are transmitted through Formspree to our email inbox. We keep the photos as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you or comply with legal or record-keeping requirements. If you'd like your photos deleted after your project is complete, email us and we'll remove them from our records.

Data retention

Estimate requests and any associated photos are kept in our email and business records for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you or comply with legal obligations. Records related to completed projects may be retained longer for warranty, tax, and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can email tunik1412@gmail.com at any time to request a copy of the information we have about you, or to request that we delete it from our records.
